bet360 Terms and Conditions — What Every Pakistan Player Should Know

1. General Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute the full agreement between you ("the Player") and bet360 ("the Platform", "we", "us") governing your access to and use of all services available at bet360.vu. These Terms apply to all Pakistan players and any person who accesses or uses the platform from any location.

By registering an account, making a deposit, claiming a bonus or placing any wager on bet360, you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to these Terms in full. If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must not use the platform.

bet360 reserves the right to update, modify or replace any part of these Terms at any time. Changes will be communicated via the website and will take effect from the date of publication. Continued use of the platform after changes have been published constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

2. Eligibility & Registration

To open and use a bet360 account you must meet all of the following conditions:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. bet360 is strictly an adults-only platform. Any player found to be under 18 will have their account immediately closed and any winnings forfeited.
• You must be registering and playing as an individual on your own behalf — not on behalf of another person or as part of any commercial operation.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor or close family member of a bet360 employee.
• You must only register one account on bet360. Duplicate or multiple accounts are strictly prohibited and will result in account closure and forfeiture of balances.
• You must provide accurate and complete personal information during registration. False information will result in account suspension and forfeiture of funds.

By registering, you confirm that all information you provide is truthful and up to date. bet360 may request additional identity verification documents at any stage to comply with Know Your Customer (KYC) requirements. Failure to provide requested documents within a reasonable timeframe may result in suspension of withdrawal access.

3. Account Rules

Each player may hold only one bet360 account. Accounts are personal and non-transferable. You are fully responsible for all activity conducted through your account, including wagers placed, bonuses claimed and funds deposited or withdrawn.

You must keep your login credentials — username, password and any two-factor authentication details — confidential and secure at all times. bet360 accepts no liability for losses resulting from unauthorised access to an account where the player has failed to maintain the security of their credentials.

Your account balance is held in PKR. All displayed amounts, bonus values, withdrawal sums and VIP reward values are in Pakistani Rupees unless otherwise explicitly stated within a specific promotion.

Account balances do not earn interest. bet360 reserves the right to apply an inactivity fee to accounts that have not recorded any login or wagering activity for a continuous period as defined in our inactivity policy, communicated separately within your account dashboard.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

bet360 supports PKR deposits and withdrawals through the following payment methods: JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, Bank Transfer, debit cards and other approved mobile wallets. The availability of specific methods may vary and is subject to change without prior notice.

All deposits must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts or payment methods belonging to another person are not permitted and will be returned where possible, or held pending investigation.

• Minimum deposit amounts apply per payment method and are displayed on the cashier page.
• Withdrawals are processed to the same method used for the most recent deposit where technically possible.
• Withdrawal processing times vary by tier: standard players receive withdrawals within the standard processing window; VIP members from Gold tier upward receive priority processing with faster turnaround times.
• bet360 may request identity verification documents before processing a withdrawal. This is a standard KYC requirement and is not specific to any individual player.
• Withdrawals are only available once all applicable bonus wagering requirements on the account have been met.

bet360 does not charge fees for standard deposits or withdrawals, though your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges which are outside our control.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

bet360 offers promotional bonuses from time to time, including welcome offers, deposit match bonuses, free bets, cashback and VIP-specific rewards in PKR. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms attached to each individual offer, which will be displayed on the relevant promotion page within your account.

General bonus rules that apply across all bet360 promotions unless a specific offer states otherwise:

• Bonuses are for single-account use only. Claiming bonuses across multiple accounts or sharing bonuses is considered abuse and will result in forfeiture of all associated funds.
• Wagering requirements must be completed within the time limit stated for each offer. Uncompleted requirements result in forfeiture of the bonus and any winnings generated from it.
• Bonus funds are separate from real-money balance unless a specific offer states they have been converted following completion of wagering.
• Certain game types — including but not limited to specific table games — may contribute at a reduced rate toward wagering requirements. Contribution rates are listed in individual offer terms.
• bet360 reserves the right to withdraw or modify any promotion at any time. Players who have already claimed an offer will generally be permitted to complete its terms before any modification takes effect.
• PSL-season free bets and cricket-specific VIP promotions are subject to their own match-day terms and are issued to eligible VIP tier members only.

6. Sports & Cricket Betting Rules

Sports betting on bet360 — including Cricket, PSL, T20 internationals, Football and Esports — is governed by the following general rules alongside any sport-specific rules communicated within the Bet and Sports sections of the platform.

• All bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time of placement. bet360 does not guarantee the availability of specific markets or odds and may suspend betting on any event at any time without notice.
• Bets placed on void, cancelled or abandoned events will be settled as void unless the specific market rules state otherwise. Void bets are returned to the player's available balance.
• In-play (live) betting is subject to momentary odds fluctuations. A bet is confirmed only when you receive a bet reference number. Bets awaiting confirmation at the time of a market suspension are not guaranteed acceptance.
• In the event of an obvious pricing error — for example, clearly incorrect odds on a PSL fixture — bet360 reserves the right to void such bets and refund the stake to the player's account.
• Maximum bet limits apply per market and per event. These limits may be reduced for individual accounts where irregular or abusive betting patterns are identified.
• Accumulator bets are settled according to the individual result of each selection. If one selection is voided, the accumulator is settled on the remaining valid selections.

For cricket betting specifically — including PSL match betting, T20 outright markets and international series — weather-related abandonment and Duckworth-Lewis-Stern (DLS) method results are treated according to the official match result for betting purposes unless the specific market rules state otherwise.

7. Casino, Slot Games & Bingo Rules

All Casino games, Slot Games and Bingo available on bet360 are operated using certified random number generation (RNG) technology or live dealer feeds from approved providers. The outcomes of all games are independent, random and not influenced by previous results, player history or account status.

• Game return-to-player (RTP) percentages for Slot Games are displayed within individual game information panels where available.
• In the event of a technical failure, disconnection or game malfunction during a Casino or Slot session, any affected round will be void and the bet returned to your balance. bet360 is not liable for losses caused by interruptions to your internet connection on your end.
• Live Casino table limits — minimum and maximum bets per hand or spin — are set by the live table operators and displayed on-screen before joining. These limits apply regardless of your VIP tier.
• Bingo tickets are purchased in PKR and prizes are awarded in PKR. Bingo rooms operate on a fixed schedule published in the Bingo section of the platform. Tickets for a scheduled room are non-refundable once purchased unless the room is cancelled by bet360.
• Progressive jackpot wins from Slot Games that occur while bonus funds are active are subject to the maximum bonus win limits stated in the relevant promotion terms.

8. VIP Programme Terms

The bet360 VIP programme operates across five tiers — Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum and Diamond — and is available to all registered players. Tier upgrades are automatic and based on loyalty points accumulated through real-money wagering across all bet360 products.

• Loyalty points are earned on Casino, Slot Games, Sports, Bingo and Bet activity. Points do not accumulate on bonus-funded wagers unless a specific VIP promotion explicitly states otherwise.
• Tier upgrade thresholds are reviewed periodically and the required points for each tier are published in the VIP section of the platform.
• VIP rewards — including PKR cashback, enhanced withdrawal speed, free bets and PSL-specific promotions — are issued at bet360's discretion and are subject to the individual terms of each reward.
• Diamond tier members are assigned a dedicated account manager. All communication through this channel is subject to the same confidentiality and data terms that apply to standard support interactions.
• bet360 reserves the right to review, adjust or revoke a player's VIP tier in cases of account abuse, bonus abuse, chargeback activity or breach of these Terms.
• Loyalty points have no cash value and cannot be transferred between accounts or redeemed for cash directly. They serve only as a mechanism for determining VIP tier status.

9. Responsible Gaming

bet360 is committed to providing a safe entertainment environment for adult players. We strongly encourage all players to approach the platform as a form of leisure activity and to manage their participation within personal limits that are comfortable and sustainable.

• Deposit limits, session time reminders and self-exclusion tools are available within your account settings. We encourage all players to use these tools proactively.
• Self-exclusion requests are processed within one business day. During a self-exclusion period, you will not be able to log in, deposit or claim bonuses. Any outstanding eligible balance at the time of exclusion will be returned to you after the exclusion period concludes.
• bet360 will never contact a self-excluded player with promotional material during their exclusion period.
• Players showing signs of problem gambling behaviour — such as attempting to circumvent deposit limits or making repeated large deposits followed by immediate large withdrawals — may be flagged for a responsible gaming review. • You have the right to request a copy of your personal data held by bet360 at any time. Requests should be submitted through the support channel.
• Account and transaction records are retained for a minimum period required for compliance and dispute resolution purposes.

11. Account Suspension & Termination

bet360 reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any player account under the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Provision of false, misleading or unverifiable identity information.
• Evidence of bonus abuse, matched betting at scale, arbitrage activity or any strategy determined by bet360 to constitute exploitation of promotional offers.
• Initiation of a fraudulent chargeback against a deposit made to bet360.
• Any attempt to interfere with, manipulate or exploit the platform's games, betting markets or software.
• Evidence that the account is being operated by or for a person under 18 years of age.

Where an account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, any remaining balance may be forfeited at bet360's discretion after investigation. Where closure is initiated by the player voluntarily — for example via self-exclusion — any eligible real-money balance will be returned after verification.

Players wishing to close their account voluntarily should contact support. Account closure requests are processed within five business days in normal circumstances.

12. Amendments to These Terms

bet360 may update these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, a notice will be published on the website and the "Last updated" date at the top of this page will be revised accordingly.

It is your responsibility as a player to review these Terms periodically. Continued use of the bet360 platform following any published update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you disagree with any update, you should stop using the platform and contact support to close your account.
